Ford Storage & Moving Co. was founded in 1915 as a public warehouse for the storage of general commodities and local cartage. Its original name was Ford Transfer & Storage Co. which was later changed to Ford Brothers Van & Storage Co. and finally to Ford Storage & Moving Co.

In the early days of the Company, most cartage was done by horse-drawn wagons. Ford Storage was one of the first firms in Omaha, NE to use motorized trucks in local cartage activities.

Professional and Courteous Drivers wanted:
* 1 year current OTR experience.
* Current Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement.
* No Failures of drug screens.
* No DUI's, reckless driving convictions or major speed.
* No more than 3 moving violations and or accidents in a 3 year period.
* Able to pass DOT physical, drug screening & road test.
* Good verifiable references.
* 100% dry van freight-no refers, no flat beds.
* Stop pay.
* Detention pay-case by case.
* Scales reimbursed.
* Prepass, I-pass, pike pass.
