Cardinal Logistics opened its doors in April 1980 in Concord North Carolina, a small town just outside of Charlotte. In 1997, Cardinal Freight and its parent company were acquired by GTCR Golder and Rauner – a Chicago-based private equity firm.
Today, Cardinal Logistics is still located in Concord, North Carolina. Cardinal continues to evolve and has grown from a small trucking company to one of the industry’s most trusted integrated logistics and transportation companies in the business.

- Have a clean MVR, with no suspensions over 30 days in the past 36 months, no speeding in a commercial vehicle over 15 mph in the past 7 years, Have an exemplary employment history.
