We are an organization dedicated to providing outstanding service to our customers, without whom we would not exist, and without whom we cannot continue to grow and prosper. Our customers include our shippers, drivers, owner-operators, equipment owners, and agents.

Each associate is committed to putting forth maximum effort to serve all of our customers consistent with the long-term interests of the company. We all agree to cooperate in this mission.

OUR COMPANY

American Transport is owned by Transport Investments, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based holding company that owns several other transportation companies, including Greentree Transportation (Pittsburgh) and Aetna Freight Lines (Warren, OH). American Transport was started in 1985 by a management team that was operating the truckload division of the country
