Health Insurance
Medical/Dental/Vision is available to Company Drivers of Central Refrigerated Service, Inc. and their eligible dependents beginning on the first day of the month following 60 days of continuous employment:
Medical/Vision plan available for you and your eligible dependents $5.00 per week for Single coverage $37.50 per week for Family coverage (2 or more persons)
Dental plan available for you and your eligible dependents
$2.10 per week for Single coverage
$5.13 per week for Family coverage (2 or more persons)
(You must elect the medical plan to elect the dental plan)
Vision discount card for you and your eligible dependents (if you select the dental plan)

Company Sponsored Life Insurance
$10,000 Basic Term Life and AD&D free to all employees. Central Refrigerated Service, Inc., pays all premiums!

Optional Term Life available for you and your eligible dependents
Weekly premiums are determined by age, and the coverage you select

Voluntary Short Term Disability
Weekly premiums are determined by age, and the coverage you select

Vacation

After one (1) year of continuous full-time employment, Company Drivers are eligible to receive paid vacation time. Vacation pay is based on your average weekly gross taxable income over the previous year. Salary drivers are paid based on their current weekly gross salary.
1 year of active employment = 1 week pay
2-4 years of active employment = 2 weeks pay
5 years + of active employment = 3 weeks pay
