EPES
* Minimum 23 years of age
* 1 year verifiable OTR tractor trailer experience
* No DUI, DWI or alcohol related convictions
* No reckless driving convictions
* No more than 2 moving violations in last 12 months
* No preventable accidents within past 12 months
* No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
* No more than 2 accidents in the last 3 years
* Cannot have 5 moving violations in 5 years
* Good Reference - Stable work history
* Able to pass DOT physical, drug test and other evaluations
* Valid Class A CDL (Owner Operators must have Hazmat endorsement)
* No felony convictions
