Hirschbach Motor Lines has been in business since 1935. Hirschbach was started by Ray Hirschbach, who hauled bananas back and forth with just one truck.

Hirschbach has an excellent benefit package, which starts 90 days after date of hire. There is also a 401K program; this is available after one year from date of hire. The drivers receive a week vacation for one year of service. After 3 years, drivers receive two weeks, and after ten years, drivers receive three weeks vacation. We also have an excellent bonus program. If a driver hits 29,000 miles in the quarter, they receive a 2 cent mileage bonus on all paid miles in that quarter. We also offer a rider program and a pet policy.

Hirschbach drivers must be 23 years of age or older, with one year and 100,000 miles verifiable OTR experience. Drivers must possess a good driving record and a good work history.
