Company Driver General Qualifications

• Have six months recent verifiable driving experience
• Have a valid class (A) CDL with HAZ MAT endorsement
• Be at least 22 years of age
• Meet DOT Requirements
• Pass a Company DOT physical, or provide your own within last six months
• Pass Substance Abuse Screen
• Have a stable verifiable work history
• Have an acceptable driving record
• Be able to perform functions described in job description
• No DWI/DUI convictions (last five years)
• No Careless/Wreckless in last 5 years

Driver Pay Your cents per mile depends on how much verifiable tractor-trailer experience you have in the last five years.  Call your recruiter for more details.

Pay DayEvery Thursday and Friday.  Paper work must be received by Monday for pay on Thursday; all trips received by Wednesday will be paid on Friday.  May Trucking Company uses ComData so you have access to your pay at any time, or use direct deposit feature.

 Bonuses

• Solo Bonus paid monthly on all paid miles within calendar month. .03 cents per mile for all miles over 10,000 in a calendar month.  See recruiter for details.
• Cradle to Grave bonus, pays you .01 cents per mile on assigned tractor, when truck is traded or sold.  See recruiter for details.
• Team Bonus paid monthly on all paid miles in a calendar month and is in addition to the solo driver mileage pay.
