Your performance as a drivers allows you to make as much as you want. In the past year, our average company road driver earned almost $63,000. Salaries ranged from $55,000 to $70,000 a year. With our pay package, an average road driver earns about 45 to 50 cents a mile.

P & P is always looking for good Over The Road Solo Drivers. Our OTR drivers primarily drive from New England to Georgia, through parts of Texas up to Minnesota.

Are you out two and three weeks? Not with P & P Transport! The goal of P & P Transport's over the road program is to get our drivers home on a weekly basis.

Have you planned for retirement? After six months of employment, you'll be eligible to join our 401K pension plan. After one year you will be eligible for paid vacations, paid personal and sick days.

You will also get to drive the latest in equipment, 2000 or newer International Eagle Pro Sleepers. Our tractors are 72 inch walkin condo's. Our equipment is powered by 475 Cats and 10 speed Eaton Transmissions.

We are looking for individuals with a Class A CDL with HAZMAT endorsement, 3 to 5 years experience. NO DUI's or suspensions, 25 years of age, good MVR's (3 point or less) and a good work history.
