PdM Logistics is owned by Paul and Denise Mitchell, who have 13 years experience in the freight industry. We are looking for owner operators who have reliable equipment, excellent communication regiments, great people skills and a strong desire to travel the country.
WHAT WE OFFER
We strive to accommodate our drivers by offering flexibility on when and where they run and allow for time-off when needed. For owner operators pulling our trailers we pay 82% of 100% of the gross revenue on each load for the first three months. We pay 85% of 100% of the gross revenue on each load at the end of the 3 month survey period. For owner operators utilizing their own trailers we pay 87% of 100% of the gross revenue on each load for the first three months. We pay 90% of 100% of the gross revenue on each load at the end of the 3 month survey period.
HOW WE PAY
We pay our drivers on a by-weekly basis. Pay day is derived from the date we receive the original P.O.D. and trip report. We provide FedEx service for time saving and easy document processing. We offer wire transfers to your bank account, OR can overnight your pay.
