Pay Programs
Your work record will be rewarded at Pro Fleet. Your starting pay will reflect your work experience and driving record at your current or previous employer. This gives you a chance to raise your starting pay at Pro Fleet by getting credit for the job well done before you joined us.
Certified Driver Qualifications:
At least 23 years of age and have two (2) years or more driving experience.
May not have more than three(3) moving violation citations in the past three(3) years.
You must have good verifiable references.
Certified drivers receive $.30 cents per mile
Minimum Load Pay:
0-25 Miles - $35.00
26-100 Miles - $75.00
Seniority Increases
After a performance review, a driver will be eligible for an increase. Drivers may be eligible for seniority raises of $0.005 per mile every six (6) months up to a maximum of $0.40.
Productivity Bonus
Pro Fleet will pay a productivity bonus to each driver who exceeds one of the productivity criteria as follows:
$0.05 per paid mile in excess of 30,000 paid miles per quarter.
4% of gross revenue in excess of $36,000 gross revenue/qtr.
Sign on Bonus
Pro Fleet offers a $1,000 sign on bonus at the time of your employment. Restrictions apply.
Fuel Bonus (Paid Quarterly)
To promote fuel economy, Pro Fleet offers the following fuel bonuses:
$.005 per mile to any driver averaging at least 6.25 MPG
$.0075 per mile to any driver averaging at least 6.75 MPG
Incentive pay (paid Semiannually)
Drivers have the potential to receive a performance incentive based on the paid miles driven at the end of each half-year. Pro Fleet will pay $0.02 per mile, less deductions for policy and safety violations
Speed Reduction bonus
Any driver who agrees to have his/her maximum truck speed governed at 62 MPH will have $.01 per mile added to his/her base pay rate.
Driver Referral
Pro Fleet will pay a driver $100 if he/she recruits a new driver who completes orientation. The referral driver will receive an additional $150 when the new driver has worked 3 months, $250 when the new driver has worked 6 months, and $500 after the new driver completes one (1) year of continuos service. That's a total of $1,000 earned by you.
Roadside Inspection Bonus
A driver who turns in a DOT inspection report with no violations noted for either the driver or vehicle will receive $100 if the inspection is properly logged.
Vacations
One week will be earned after one (1) year of continuous employment, and two weeks will be earned after two (2) years continuous employment. Vacation pay is computed at 2400 miles per week at driver's current rate.
401K
Drivers must have one year continuous employment before they may participate in this program.
Holiday Pay
Six holidays paid at a rate of $75.00 after a 90 day probation

Home Time
Pro Fleet being sensitive to drivers home time needs, works very hard with each individual driver to provide ample home time.
Annual Earnings
Pro Fleet prides itself in having an aggressive pay program to attract the professional driver and to compensate them for the work they do. You have the potential to earn $40,000-$42,000 the first year. Your base rate of pay is improved with your years of service. This includes tarp pay, deadhead mileage, detention pay, layover pay, fuel bonus pay, safety bonus and more.
Our Equipment
Pro Fleet takes pride in its equipment. Our power units are all 1-3 years old, conventional tractors with Air Ride Suspensions and cabs equipped with the driver's comfort in mind. Tractors are assigned to individual drivers. We have no slip seating. All trailers are 48', spread axle, ride flatbeds. We also have available curtain sides, 2 and 3 axle air ride trailers, and a 4 axle tractor. All of our equipment is selected to provide the tools needed by the professional driver.
