Solo Drivers: (Owner/Operators Flatbed)
* 83% of billing pulling own trailer (which includes pickup charges, drop charges and demurrage charges)
* 75% of billing pulling Taylor ’s Trailer (which includes pickup charges, drop charges and demurrage charges)
* Required Equipment 48 x 102 trailer or longer, ladder, winch bar, (12) chains & binders, (14) 4 inch lumber straps, (6) coil racks, (6) beveled 4x4 for coil racks, lumber tarps with 8 foot drops, steel tarps, coil edge protectors, rubber belting for under coils, Misc protectors for straps, over sized signs & flags a plus.
* Quarterly Safety/Incentive Bonus of 01 cents per mile for running 30,000 miles for that quarter
* Guaranteed fuel surcharge
* Driver Referral Bonus
* Violation-Free Inspection Bonus

Solo Drivers: Starting Pay 86 cents per mile (Owner/Operator Van)
* Guaranteed fuel surcharge (Paid on all loaded and empty miles)
* Driver Referral Bonus

* Guaranteed Detention Time paid $25.00 per hr after 2hrs
* Pick and Drop Pay ($25.00 other than first & last)
