Qualifications

· Current CDL in driver's home state

· Must be 23 years of age

· Must have 12 months OTR experience

· No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years

· No serious moving violations in the last 5 years

· No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, or 2 in the last 12 months

· No DUIs or DWIs in the last 5 years

· Felony convictions reviewed

· No license suspensions in the last 3 years

· Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical

Pay & Perks

· Start @ $.37/mile plus bonuses

· Bonuses include:

    • $.035 per mile incentive pay
    • Up to an additional $.015 per mile idle time bonus available for all drivers
    • $.01 per mile increase each year
    • $20 for each additional drop or pickup
    • $50 voluntary dispatch to NYC
    • Detention/Layover pay
    • Paid lumpers
    • Paid orientation (2 days)
