COMPENSATION: 
Effective September 1, 2010, Fair Pay Rates apply for all drivers at Marten Transport!  Now all drivers will get credit for prior experience and will be paid via a graduated pay scale, based on length of haul.

PAY RATES FOR SOLOS:
Solo pay rate for company drivers with at least 1-year of driving experience is as follows:
•Fair Pay sliding pay scale based on length of haul
•Up to 5 years credit for prior experience
•Annual pay increases
•Earn up to $.485!
•Per diem pay package
