Solo pay rate for company drivers with at least 1-year of driving experience is as follows:

    * Fair Pay sliding pay scale based on length of haul
    * Up to 5 years credit for prior experience
    * Annual pay increases
    * Earn up to $.485!
    * Per Diem pay package

Regional Pay Rates:

    * 0 – 150 miles           20% of revenue
    * 151 – 300 miles       .40 per mile
    * 301 – 500 miles       .38 per mile
    * > - 500 miles           .36 per mile

    * Annual performance reviews
    * Up to $.45/mile
    * Per Diem pay package.
