TMC Transportation has over-the-road opportunities for flatbed drivers in your area. Our drivers get home most every weekend. If you live north of I-20 in one of the states listed below we can get you home at least 46 out of 52 weekends in a year. (In Mississippi & far west Alabama you must live north of Hwy 82 for this hometime.) If you live somewhere in between I-20 (or Hwy 82) and I-10 we can get you home every 14-17 days. We have a great mileage pay program or an alternative percentage pay program that pays you more based on how well you perform. You get to choose how you want to be paid. TMC has a fleet of late model Peterbilt trucks that are maintained at the highest levels. If you’ve seen our trucks on the road you know this to be fact not just empty promotion. If you do not have flatbed experience we will train you. All you need is to be at least 23 years old, the ability & desire to do flatbed work, a reasonably clean driving record, Class A CDL and a verifiable work history that shows you to be a dependable driver.
TMC also hires recent graduates of truck driver training programs. We have a Department of Labor certified Apprenticeship program that will prepare you to become a top professional driver. Military veterans with VA Education benefits can draw on those benefits when actively enrolled in our Apprenticeship program. All student drivers are paid while being trained and during the Orientation phase we put you up in our on site driver hospitality center.
