HIRING CRITERIA
Company Drivers/Fleet Owner Drivers (OTR):
Individuals interested in a driver employment position with ATI shall first meet the following selection standards:
- Age minimum = 23 years old.
- Chargeable accidents in past 3 years shall be reviewed by Safety Dept.
- No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years.
- NO DWI/DUI IN PAST 5 YEARS!!!!!
- Steady work history.
- License in the state of residence - Must have CDL.
- Pass DOT physical given by company designated physician.
- Pass mandatory DOT NIDA Five drug screen given by company Safety Dept.
- Pass OTR driving test given by company Safety Dept.
- Verification of U.S. citizenship or INS Employment Authorization.

Company Drivers/Fleet Owner Driver (Rock Truck):
Individuals interested in a driver employment position as a "Rock Truck" driver with ATI shall first meet with the above selection standards with the exception of the age minimum. Rock Truck drivers must be at least 18 years of age.

PROBATION PERIOD
All employees shall undergo a 90-day probation period. During this period, ATI shall evaluate the employee. It is very important that drivers maintain a clean driving record. Failure to do so may disqualify the employee from the benefit of a 90-day pay increase.
