Great Pay
Bay & Bay is committed to improving our drivers’ quality of life with better income, benefits and health.
0-2 years experience $.30 per mile for all dispatched miles
2-3 years experience $.32 per mile for all dispatched miles
3 years plus experience $.34 per mile for all dispatched miles
Yearly increase of one penny per mile, per year, up to $.38 per mile
Additional $.05 per loaded mile on pad wrap loads
Mileage bonuses paid on calendar quarter; $.02 per mile over 30,000 miles in a quarter;
$.03 per mile over 36,000 miles in a quarter
$40 to fold and stack blankets (pad wrap)
$35 to $40 for extra stops and drops (excluding first and last)
$50 Boroughs pay in New York City
$13 per hour for city work

Minimum of 23 years old
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR experience in tractor/trailer combination
No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
No DUI/DWI in the last 3 years in a noncommercial vehicle; non ever in a commercial
vehicle
No careless/reckless driving, following too close or excessive speeding violations in
the last 3 years
Must be able to read and write English language
Must pass a Toronto back exam with a score of 10 or lower, pass a road test, and return a
negative drug screen
Must have a valid CDL in current state of residence
