- At least 22 years old at the time of application,and
- One year verifiable, applicable tractor/trailer experience in the past three years, or
- Completion of certified training school and 3 months of verfiable, applicable tractor/trailer experience
- Must hold a valid CDL with a Hazmat endorsement issued by the applicant's state of residence
- Good driving record
- No DWI, DUI, Careless or Reckless Driver or Chemical Refusal convictions within the last 5 years
