center>H&M Bay, Inc was started by two reefer owner operators, Lawrence Hayman and Walt Messick in 1982. Over the past 18 years, Lawrence and Walt have expanded H&M Bay from a two-man regional LTL and truckload temperature controlled transportation brokerage and carrier to a national company with approximately 180 employees.

Walt and Lawrence made their company successful by following two main principals - offer top-notch service to their customers and provide well compensated, weekly hauling opportunities to reefer owner operators.

During the past year, our top truckers grossed over $165,000. To improve truckers' cash flow, settlements are usually made within 3-5 days of H&M Bay receiving clean bills of lading. Direct deposit and Express Cash through ComData are available. Truckers can receive up to a 50% advance on revenue from each load.
