Cardinal Transport Requires:
* You must be a minimum age of 23
* You must possess a current Class "A" CDL with a good driving record
* You must have a minimum of 18 months verifiable over the road driving experience
* You must be able to meet the D.O.T. requirements for driver and equipment
* You must have a minimum 48' flatbed or stepdeck trailer
* You must have your own base plate or be willing to purchase an IL IRP through Cardinal
* You must be willing to purchase permits through Cardinal
