USA Truck Driver Requirements
· Must be 22 years of age
· Maximum of 3 accidents in the last 3 years
· Maximum of 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
· No more than 3 traffic tickets in the last 5 years
· No suspended or revoked drivers license
· No DUI or DWI violations in the last 5 years
· No violent or drug related felonies
